Return Process

  Log in to your mCaffeine account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Verification

  Upload clear images of the product, the invoice, and the outer packaging to help our team verify the damage or discrepancy for swift approval.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the product in its original condition.

  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
